When my husband bought me my very first Naked Palette (the original Naked Palette) little did he know that it was the beginning of my make up obsession and collection, he has since bought me Naked 2, 3 and Smokey I actually purchased the Naked Heat with some Birthday Vouchers myself!! So I am now the proud owner of most of the Naked Palettes, and I must say I love them, I have not reviewed any of the others and it may be something that I still do, but my current go to palette is the Naked Heat so it felt it was appropriate to review this one first. I have been practicing my eye looks lots recently and the colours in this palette are perfect for Autumn.
To start with the packaging is pretty cool!!(I tend to keep all my boxes for some reason!!! surely I’m not the only one) The box opens up like a match box, on the bottom of the box the picture is of matches which I think looks really good (please see pictures below) the actual palette itself feels very much like the Naked Smokey Palette is, its made out of Plastic but a nice plastic and the colour of is amazing its like a burnt orange/bronzy type of colour I personally love it and think it looks really good!!

Now the inside of it is where the magic happens………..

Swatches ……. The first couple of shades are hard to see on my skin tone but the first one is really good to use a brow highlight or inner corner highlight as it has a little bit of shimmer, and the second one I like to use as a base colour all over my lid.

Looks I have created with tis palette:(Sorry about the snap chat filters my picture quality was not the greatest I have since purchased a new camera so hoping they will look much better from now on)
Overall View
I absolutely love this palette I keep reaching for it over all my other palettes at the moment, maybe its the time of year, but I love all the looks I have come up with, one thing I will say is that there is a lot of fall out with this palette but for me it’s not really an issue I have just learnt to do my eyes first, then the rest of my face, I have also noticed that if I use my finger to apply the shimmery shades then it applies with so much more pigment and they turn out a lot more true to colour, I’ve never really liked applying my make up with my fingers but since buying this palette and realising how much better colours go on, this is something I will be doing more with other palettes too.
The colours blend easily and they are really build-able, and you can create so many different looks with this palette from nice basic looks to deep, dark and smokey looks. The more I play with it the more I want to play with it, which is nice, at first I only really wanted it because it was another Naked palette and seeing as I have the others I wanted this one to add to my collection but I am so glad that I bought it, it has really helped me come out of my comfort zone and do more than just a cream/gold/brown eye look. From a price point it is on the higher end its costs £39.50 I personally feel that for the quality of it that its worth the money and as a make up enthusiast I would say it is a Must Have, this is obviously my own opinion I don’t mind spending a little bit of money on my make up, and most of the higher end make I own has been purchased using gift vouchers that I received for my Birthday or Christmas. So I don’t feel as guilty buying them. But I get a lot of joy from getting make up I also lovely playing with it!!!
