Primark EyeShadow Palette Review

So I started this review ages ago and then life got in the way and here we are a few months later and we are finally getting an opportunity to sit down and write about it!!

Now are these the best eyeshadows I have ever used no BUT considering that it only cost £2.50 for 9 shades, they are pretty good!!! The packaging is fairly small compared to most other palettes thats I own, but that doesn’t bother me, the pigment is good on most of the colours and the ones that aren’t very pigmented are buildable, the matte shades a a bit chalky but again they blend really well and you can build on them to increase pigment. The Shimmery shades are beautiful and if you use you finger to apply them then they apply very well, with a brush they don’t go onto the eyelid and the colour barely shows.

On my skin tone, some of colours are hard to see but I wanted to only do one swipe on each colour to be fair, I will add some photo of a few of the looks I have created with this palette.

The matte shades tend to be a bit chalky, and powdery on the pan, but they do blend easily, there is some fall out, but I don’t mind that so much as I always tend to do my eyes first before my base that way any fall out I can easily clean up.

The overall verdict is that yes this is good especially for only £2.50.

They are easy to use and I feel that they are good for practicing different looks without wasting your more expensive palettes.

I’ver never really worn them for that long I mainly only wore them for around 4/5 at the most, but feel like they lasted ok.

I am definitely up for buying more make up from Primark. I wouldn’t necessarily use them in my make up kit to use on clients as I feel that if someone if paying to have their make up done they are expecting more higher end or better quality make, but for my everyday use and to practice use they are brilliant. Looking forward to purchasing some more.
